Minutes from our April 14, 2012 Meeting:

Main Agenda: Do we want to create a vertical power structure, and, if so, lets vote! Well, it was a resounding no and lets not vote. Instead we feel that a horizontal structure will better serve our group as it currently exists. Mainly, we've decided that there should be a small Board with a rotating Head position.

Secondary Agenda: How can we focus our energy? On what causes should we invest our time and resources? To answer this, we all said the top three things that would make our group an effective tool to affect change in the world. Here, in no particular order, is a sample of some answers: inform kids about options other than the military; support vets, and, perhaps, recruit them; inform/educate the public about who we are and what we do; expand and unify our group; get people upset about the truth; openly support Bradley Manning; show that we support other human rights and good-will issues.
